About Us

Join us for some art-making fun after school! Each month, learn about a different style of art and create several pieces to take home. Work on independent and group projects, practice a variety of techniques, and have fun in the process! Art lessons vary by age group. Sign-up for one month, or register for the whole semester. 

Established in 2012, AEAA currently provides after school services for students in the Boiling Springs, South Carolina District Two School District, as well as programs for the summer.Providing our program in a safe and engaging environment is AEAA’s highest priority. We work in partnership with each community, school, and family to design the program that meets their specific needs. We draw upon the most effective creative enrichment opportunities to challenge children and make learning fun. And, we employ an experienced leadership team of former school district personnel to supervise our program. 

Active Expressions Art Academy is an after-school  fine art program designed to provide an opportunity for children to explore their creativity in a variety of materials. It is an ongoing, sequential program where skills are developed and expressed through artwork.

Active Expression Art Academy is a not for profit, charitable organization formed under Section 501(c) 3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Donations to Active Expressions Art Academy are tax-deductible as charitable contributions for U.S. Federal Income tax purposes.
